Mio includes a new type of Mio heart rate monitor gadgets in the Eurofit series. The Eurofit series all have interchangeable watch bands and user changeable batteries.
Unlike many strapless heart rate monitors available on the market, Mio heart rate monitor units are ECG accurate i.e. they measure electrical activities of the heart to find out your heart rate. A number of other strapless heart rate monitors (particular the cheap ones) use optical sensing technology to detect blood pulses going through your finger and are therefore not so accurate.
